Our Commitment At DESIGNS X GIDEON, your satisfaction matters. Because every item is custom-made just for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to make sure you're taken care of.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Sizing & Buyer's Remorse Because all items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind purchases. Please refer to our size guide before ordering — we want you to love what you get!

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
